Want To Know a bit more ?

Is the Velora IPL device suitable and safe for all hair and skin types?

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment works by targeting the
melanin in the hair, which makes it more effective for individuals with darker
hair. Very light blonde, red, or grey hair may not see the same results.
Additionally, IPL’s effectiveness depends on skin tones, with the Velora
IPLs
being most effective for individuals with fair to warm tan skin.

If you have a warm tan skin tone, we
recommend starting with Intensity Level 1 and performing
patch test before starting your full treatment.

Regardless of your skin type, always
begin with Intensity Level 1 and conduct a patch test before
adjusting the intensity. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we
want to ensure you achieve the best possible results.

How often do I need to use my VELLORA?

We suggest using your device once a week for a duration of
12 weeks. Many users begin to notice a decrease in hair growth after 3-4
treatments, with full results typically achieved after 12 sessions

Is the treatment painful?

Compared to laser hair removal, IPL
(Intense Pulsed Light) is typically regarded as safer and less painful. This is
because IPL utilizes a multi-spectrum bulb, while laser hair removal uses a
single-wavelength laser. You may experience a mild tingling sensation in more
sensitive areas during the treatment, but it should not be painful.

What is the difference between IPL  and laser hair removal?

The primary
difference between IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and laser hair removal lies in
the type of light used. IPL utilizes broadband pulsed light, while laser hair
removal uses a single monochromatic light source. Both IPL and laser
technologies work by targeting the melanin in the hair follicle, offering the
potential for permanent results. Factors such as energy, frequency, and hair
color are crucial in determining the effectiveness of the treatment, whereas
the light source—whether IPL or laser—has a lesser impact on the outcome.
